Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping is available within Egypt only.

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days.

  • Delivery delays caused by shipping companies are beyond our responsibility.

Lovira is not responsible for:

  • Misuse of products

  • Minor color differences due to lighting or screen display

يحتفظ متجر Lovira بالحق في رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب وفقًا لتقديره.

المنتجات والأسعار

  • جميع الأسعار معروضة بالجنيه المصري.

  • الأسعار غير قابلة للتغيير.

  • قد يحدث نفاد للمخزون بعد إتمام الطلب.

  • في حالة وجود خطأ في السعر أو وصف المنتج، يحق للمتجر تصحيح الخطأ أو إلغاء الطلب.

الطلبات وطرق الدفع

طرق الدفع المتاحة:

  • محافظ إلكترونية

يحق للمتجر إلغاء الطلب في حالة عدم رد العميل أو عدم تأكيد الطلب.

الشحن والتوصيل

  • التوصيل داخل جمهورية مصر العربية فقط.

  • مدة التوصيل المتوقعة: من 2 إلى 5 أيام عمل.

  • أي تأخير ناتج عن شركة الشحن خارج مسؤولية المتجر.

مسؤولية المنتج

متجر Lovira غير مسؤول عن:

  • سوء استخدام المنتج

  • اختلاف بسيط في الألوان نتيجة الإضاءة أو شاشة العرض

الملكية الفكرية

جميع المحتويات المعروضة على الموقع (الصور، الشعارات، النصوص) هي ملكية حصرية لمتجر Lovira ولا يجوز استخدامها بدون إذن.
