Shipping Area

Lovira currently ships within Egypt only.

Processing Time

Orders are processed after confirmation and are prepared for shipment as soon as possible.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location and the shipping company.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated and confirmed during order confirmation.

Delivery Delays

Lovira is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies or circumstances beyond our control.

Order Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are allowed to inspect the order upon delivery with the courier.
If the item is damaged or incorrect, it must be returned immediately with the courier and photographed for documentation.

Failed Delivery or Incorrect Address

If the order is not received due to:

  • Customer unavailability

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

The order will be re-shipped, and the customer will be charged 50% of the re-shipping cost.

نطاق الشحن

يتم الشحن من متجر Lovira داخل جمهورية مصر العربية فقط.

تجهيز الطلبات

يتم تجهيز الطلبات بعد التأكيد عليها، ويتم تسليمها لشركة الشحن في أقرب وقت ممكن.

مدة التوصيل

مدة التوصيل المتوقعة هي من 2 إلى 5 أيام عمل،
وقد تختلف حسب المحافظة أو شركة الشحن.

تكلفة الشحن

يتم تحديد وتأكيد تكلفة الشحن أثناء تأكيد الطلب.

تأخير الشحن

متجر Lovira غير مسؤول عن أي تأخير ناتج عن شركة الشحن أو ظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا.

معاينة الطلب عند الاستلام

يحق للعميل معاينة الطلب عند الاستلام مع مندوب الشحن.
في حالة وجود تلف أو خطأ:

  • يتم إرجاع الطلب فورًا مع المندوب

  • مع تصوير المنتج لتوثيق الحالة

عدم الاستلام أو العنوان الخاطئ

في حالة عدم استلام الطلب بسبب:

  • عدم تواجد العميل

  • إدخال عنوان غير صحيح أو غير مكتمل

يتم إعادة شحن الطلب، ويتحمل العميل 50٪ من تكلفة إعادة الشحن.
